2. Select repos
3. Run Trivy scan
4. Review findings / remediations
5. Code path → IO backfill → helix-ee session
6. During the session: remote actions (/v1/hee/actions) and remote verify (/v1/hee/verify)
7. On completion: progress UI + optional Platform push
